MONITORING

Having your alarm monitored is a simple and smart move. While it may be enough to simply install the system with an alarm that sounds to alert you if you are home or to send you an text notification if you are not, you’ll still have to get that message and contact the authorities on your own. Less than 10 minutes is often all it takes for a burglar to get his or her hands on your belongings and out the door.

BlueLine Security’s monitoring service is quite affordable from $25.00 plus GST (less than a dollar a day*) and their monitoring service will contact the authorities for you as soon as an intrusion is picked up.

Our Basic Monitoring Levels

Silver

$25 per month

Activations: We will follow your specific instructions if your alarm activates.
Opens & Closes: We will log every time your alarm is turned on or off, and these logs can be accessed (securely) online.
Maintenance: All system and maintenance alarms are followed up as per our in-house standard procedures which can be altered to your specific requirements.

Gold

$35 per month

Activations: We will follow your specific instructions if your alarm activates.
Opens & Closes: We will log every time your alarm is turned on or off, and these logs can be accessed (securely) online.
Maintenance: All system and maintenance alarms are followed up as per our in-house standard procedures which can be altered to your specific requirements.

PLUS:
Once a night check:
We will check (once a night, at a time specified by you) that your alarm system has been turned on and we’ll contact you if it hasn’t.

Platinum

$40 per month

Activations: We will follow your specific instructions if your alarm activates.
Opens & Closes: We will log every time your alarm is turned on or off, and these logs can be accessed (securely) online.
Maintenance: All system and maintenance alarms are followed up as per our in-house standard procedures which can be altered to your specific requirements.

PLUS:
Thorough night check: We will keep trying to contact you or your staff until your alarm has been set.
Option to choose Open Time or First In Time:
If someone unsets your alarm outside specified times we will act according to your choice (eg, contact you or staff for a system password, let you know who entered or send a preferred guard to investigate).
